Haha, it is quite soggy here from time to time. I use a rubber case over my GoPro which reduces water ingress.

Do you have an external mic connected?

Yes mate, I cut a small slot in the side of the case that lines up with the USB-C port on the camera. It isn't 100% waterproof but it helps and also holds the cable steady which stops a lot of the clicks and pops that can happen when it moves about. (I use a GoPro Hero 5/6/7)
