Hey everyone. I discovered this group in doing a Google search of microphone setups for motovlogging. I'm from Plano Texas where it is zero degrees at this moment. I ride a Honda goldwing and like to take extended rides in which I attempt to find free campsites. I like tent camping but more recently I've gotten into hammock camping. I recently retired from Hewlett-Packard Enterprise where I was a software developer for 32 years. My bucket list includes a thru hike of the Appalachian trail and that will be my next major project. I am a marathon runner and have 35 marathons left to complete the 50-state challenge. At age 70 that's going to be a daunting goal. I own a few groups on mewe, one of which is LEARNING TO VLOG OUTDOORS. I still consider myself a newbie at vlogging so hope to learn a lot from you guys.

Hi @mse welcome to the forum. WOWZERS, running 15 marathons is quite an achievement, to do 50 will be incredible. We have another Goldwing owner on here @Moto Mengy

Welcome. Running marathons at 70! Good for you. Funny, I have a friend who rides a Valkerie who lives in Plano.

I do a lot of moto camping, I'm a tent guy though, I have ended up to many places with nothing to attach a hammock to.
