I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for sharing their knowledge and experience on vlogging. The information on here has helped me buy the right kit I need and use it to get good results. So as I have just uploaded my first video it seemed the right time to say thank you. And especially to Hippo-drone who is quite selfless with his time.

Great first vid mate, well done

Are you using a noise cancelling mic in the vid, or have you adjusted the audio in post? It is great to reduce wind noise a bit, but be careful not to apply too much noise reduction as it can make you sound a little like a robot
