Pretty new at a lot of this but I've received some good help so far.

From one newbie to another: Welcome!

I haven't made my first vlog yet, but I enjoy watching motovlogs where the rider is talking more than riding videos put to music.

Talking of course, music is cool for short films, stunts and intros...
Music can really set the mood. So if you use calm music for a speed test or track day, it won't fit, use it for stunts then it will seem silly, and vice versa. If the music Is too fast or heavy then it can make a fast video seam slow and ruin the effect. Match the tempo of the music to the video, this can be hard, but if you observe videos that do it well and those that don't you'll get it.

How's the first vlog going?

I'm not sure if you meant to quote me, but I'll answer anyway: I'm procrastinating. I haven't even adhered the mount to my helmet yet. I'm fighting nerves. I hope to have something uploaded by this time next week, even if it's not a full-on vlog. Thanks for asking (if you meant me)! :)

I like to mix it up. I have some all talking Vlogs, I have some with a mix and I have some with all music.

I like to keep it interesting too. I've used acoustic, classical, jazz, rock....
