Please help me understand....

So my post that was posted in "share your social media" was deleted with this explanation "

Your post in the thread Share Your Social Channel Here was deleted. Reason: Please no chat in this thread, as stated on the OP of this thread."

If it's not meant to be able to "chat" or whatever why have it as an option? I'm finding navigating this forum along with a few other things more difficult than it really needs to be....

Hi,
To clarify, you can only post in the "Share Your Social Media" thread your social media channels in the same format that all the other posts are in that thread. If you follow someone who has posted in there, you are welcome to click like on their post and they might return the favour and click like on your post to show they have also followed your channel etc.
The first post on that thread explains all this.
