Ok, this one made me laugh a little inside for some reason. We've got a group rate going at the hotel. I need to know who's reserved a room in their name, if you are rooming with someone else who made the reservation then don't worry about it. I only need to hear from the people who have made their reservations in their name so I can contact the hotel and make sure we are all together and we all get the same rate.

I REALLY want to go but things are kinda hectic right now. Just cut a huge check (by my standards at least) for a new bike along with the fact that this is the slow season for work means my funds are kinda low right now and I have no idea what might happen come the big weekend. I fully intend to go barring any unforseen stuff. I have yet to make reservations or anything and wont know if plans are a go until probably the week of. So I will either show up randomly or be mysteriously absent...

You should go ahead and make the reservation. The hotel has filled up before, and you don't want to be stuck sitting there with no hotel room. They have a 24hr cancellation policy, so even if you don't know until the week of, then you could still cancel on wed or thurs and be just fine. They don't even ask for a credit card number or anything when you make the reservation.OKMotorsporter47 said:

Attention offroad riders... I'm looking into the possibility of showing up a day early for some mild offroading (by mild I mean... I'll have street tires on so it won't be able to be anything much more than fire roads and fields). I think mid-day thursday for some offroad riding, then again on Friday morning, then meet up with everyone on Friday afternoon.
If you like the sounds of this then chime in shortly... I'm deciding now whether or not to do this. I don't want to be the only one showing up early so... yeah, sound off!

It'll be almost impossible to catch the group mid-ride. About the only chance you'll have is to run the planned route in reverse. CowboyKawi, or whatever his name was, thought he could find us a couple years ago, I tried to tell him the same thing but he was sure he would take short-cuts, ect to catch us. Didn't happen. :lol:

I have approved vacation for Thursday as well so all you off roaders that want some light trail riding you can plan on showing up a day early if you want to get in on the action. There are some trails northwest of the city that look to be fun. I'll upload some details in the next week or two. If you'll be coming early for this then please contact me via youtube PM... I will want to send you my contact details as we get closer so we can get everything planned.
