Good morning,afternoon,evening everyone.

My name is Nathan and I am from the south of Adelaide in South Australia.
I just got my first Action cam so I can create my own motovlogs and videos when I go out riding on my 2013 Yamaha FZ8.
I am really new to the game and have no real experience so wish to grow and learn with all your help.
I am looking at getting some new software soon so I can do some proper editing and really get into it.
always had a passion for film and movies and this is one way I can get my foot in the door.
stay tuned for my new channel and hopefully I can deliver some great motovlogs for you.

Welcome, I hear there are good roads over there in SA. Can't wait to get out there sometime!
Yeh Carmo a bit of everything. The tight twisty hills arent far from any where. Then you got pkaces like Gorge rd and otherside heading down to Strath. Or even the coast which is great in summer especially at Glenelg.

LOL yeah probably Nev. ahh ok will have to give that a sus. I got a Mic from Jaycar but didn't work so hopefully get another one today and try that so I can start!

Welcome to the site mate and to the crazy world of motovlogging. Great to see another Aussie on the scene! :D

You have definitely come to the right place for support. You will find loads of great help here.

This is the place where I found motovlogging 2.5 years ago and I found it very useful when starting out. :)

well i just got a Stereo mic from Jaycar that works in the Sony so now going to try putting it somewhere in the helmet that works best and can start my motovlogging days :)
in the mean time I have done a couple of short little vids so you get a bit of an idea.

Welcome!!

I have my mic stuffed INSIDE my cheekpad. As in it's literally in the centre of the pad, buried in that wind blocking foamy loveliness. Be sure to make sure it's not touching the outside shell of your helmet (that's what she said) otherwise it'll pick up all the drumming of the wind on the outside. Otherwise I've been really pleased with the sound of my Sony so far.

Enjoy!!
