Hi there. I've been lurking off and on for a while and finally decided to make a forum account to start posting. I've been a big fan of mordeth13 and LaurieJennifer for a while now and have often been tempted to motovlog a bit on my commute but simply haven't really bitten the bullet quite yet. I'm currently in the "evaluate hardware" phase.
A bit more about me personally: I'm a 32 year old geek that works in an AV department at a small college in Colorado Springs. Prior to that I was a freelance stagehand for a number of years. I've been riding for about 2 years now and have slowly been acquiring farkles for the bike.
Also, I've had the illustrious privilege of watching a GoPro Hero get ran over by a Zamboni... and survive. That statement requires a few bits of clarification: 1) It just rolled under a tire and didn't go through the auger. 2) One piece of the mount snapped. 3) The case is largely okay, you can see where one of the studded tires slid along the case a bit, and the opposite side was on the concrete. Tough little case!
