Mac and cheese?? I THINK NOT, SIR!
Hey everyone, I've just recently bought myself a Drift HD170 and external mic, mounts, all that jazz, ("All the gear, no idea" springs to mind) and have delved into the world of MotoVlogging.

I ride a Yamaha XV125 Virago. I know, I know, tiny bike, tiny engine etc. But with my finances currently as they are, a smaller bike with a smaller insurance premium suits me just fine. Plus, it's not how quickly you get from A to B, but how much fun you have on the way there.
I've had my bike for about 5 months now, and have been riding it for just over 4 of those months after having a spot of trouble with it in the beginning, but I'm back on 2 wheels, road-legal and ready to go.

Anyway, about my YT channel: I currently only have 2 videos up, and I have to say...they're fairly bad editing-wise. I mean, I don't have the money to buy all these expensive programs, so I make do with what I can. You can find me on YT at http://www.youtube.com/PVKProductionZ. Any advice, pointers, tips or tricks you guys could give me would be very handy.

Happy Vlogging everyone, ride safe, and I hope to hear from some of you soon!

Welcome to the world of motovlog. You are about in the same boat that I started. Got all the gear and just jumped right in.

Hey!

I like your mentality when talking about being on a 125. Some of my greatest memories come from riding my 125, and having to avoid motorways :)

Don't worry about poor editing. You look at most people's early videos, and they're hardly masterpieces :P

Hi, I'm fairly local to you... ride through spilsby on way to skegvegas :). from mansfield myself, had a two week placement at lincoln hospital in 2011, ive not got two wheels again yet, but hopefully will have soon.

Hi, welcome to motovlogging :) I'm up in Grimsby and I only started vlogging this year. Don't worry about the editing, you get better as you do more videos and you'll probably find your intro changes several times before you're happy with it :P Looking forward to seeing more videos.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Chris: I most likely jumped the shark a bit by buying an expensive camera and set up, but im sure I'll 'earn it' in the future.

Bikermole: A lot of people give 125's a bad rap, but they get you where you need to go (with the exception of motorways).

Bikersreviews: Get back on 2 wheels man! It'd be cool to meet up with a couple of local-ish bloggers!

Lewis: Thanks for the advice man. I know my intro is less than impressive at the minute, bur there's only so much I can do with program trials ;)

Thank you again for the comments and advice guys.
