Hey everyone one was wondering if there is gonna be any meet ups in Kentucky any time in the future? I'd love to attend when I get a bike
Dang I guess I'll be a lone rider for a while hahaNope, 14000km a little too far for me![]()
We're having one down in Sweetwater Tn (60 miles NE of Chattanooga) in September. The basic plan is to arrive on the 26th, ride the 27th and 28th, and leave on the 29th. We should have some guys coming down from Ky to join us. If you're just getting into riding it may not be the best idea, since half the point of the meetup is to ride the Dragon, but if you can keep a cool head and handle one of the craziest roads in the country then you're welcome to join us. We never 'expect' anyone to keep up with us, and we always make sure to wait at every intersection if we're changing roads, so you'd have nothing to worry about in that regard.Hey everyone one was wondering if there is gonna be any meet ups in Kentucky any time in the future? I haven't been able to get a bike yet :-(Are you still riding in KY.. If so where? I'm a nobody but I love to ride.
I like your enthusiasm a can always add layers haha no ice im in will get in touch when i get my new bike.Louisville here, and I ride whenever it isnt icy or snowing. In town, we have a couple nights where people get together.
Barrett Bar and Grill on Barrett Ave. Two Stroke Tuesday and Any Given Wednesday (Tuesday and Wednesday evenings after about 6 or so)
I will do rides whenever the weather is decent enough. While I am not against rain, it is just never the most comfortable to ride in. Sunny and not freezing (below 20 deg, for me) and no snow or ice.
