Is Anyone Good With Adobe After Effects? Help!

So I recently downloaded a template intro for AE hoping that I would just change the text to my YouTube username, but I can't get AE to work for me. It says that I am missing plugins yet when I download them it still does not come up right.

Is anyone willing to do this for me real quick? (I'm assuming it will be real quick if you have used AE before..) I'd pay even, it has become frustrating.

I would need it to be saved as a file that would import into Sony Vegas as well because that's the program I use.
.prproj I believe. (Export as Adobe Premiere Pro Project)

I created my into from a template I downloaded that needed plug ins.

Assuming you haven't already all you do is extract the plug in into the following location.

• (Windows) Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects <version>\Support Files
  
  
• (Mac OS) Applications/Adobe After Effects <version>
  

Once thats done just open up After Effects again and go to Window and the new plug in should be listed there at the bottom.

I cant post links yet but just go the Adobe website, all the help is there.
