Hi guys,

I'm jay, 29 from widnes, cheshire.

Soon to be biker and then vlogger. I'm doing my cbt in feb/march and if all goes to plan I will be the proud owner of a yamaha yzf r125. Have already spoke to a couple of vloggers and got some great advice.

Hope to be joining you on meets and vlogging myself by this time next year.

If I can give you one piece of advice, give it a few months before you start vlogging. It's actually quite difficult to string a coherent sentence together whilst riding, so you need to be able to ride safely as sort of a background operation to you talking.

yeah, but it's okay to just film IMO, just film and look at it later, don't think about it, or mount the camera on the bike, don't talk or comment, or even bother with a mic at all.

can help you analyze your riding, and you can practice editing the film etc

Thanks for the reply and the advice guys much appreciated, i will be looking for alot of advice and guidance in the next few months... my plan is to just record the way I ride so I can see what I'm like on the road. Once I feel comfortable and confident in riding then I will start vlogging..

Thanks footle, I saw the vid of you and Ldb crash, am absolutely gutted for ya mate. Glad it's not beat you. Hopefully will get my bike in April..
