Hey all I go by HondaRider on Facebook and KnightlyRide on youtube.

I am from Washington state
I am a college student going for Automotive collision and repair, Refinishing and paint
I ride a 2001 Honda CBR 929 RR Fireblade
I started Motovlogging because I spend so much time riding I thought it would be a good idea, I put over 5k miles on my bike the first two months I had it.
I use a GoPro Hero 4 Black top of helmet mount position

Wish I could post ya all a link to my Youtube channel it is pretty easy to find just type knightlyride I have 27 followers and about 13 vids so far. Hope ya come check it out
 
where do you have the mic at in your helmet? i'm having troubles with my audio maybe the mic i got just isn't very good

I have the mic pretty much like you might see any mic in a modular blue-tooth helmet coming from under the side cheek pad to right in front of the mouth. If you have a mic with out foam though make sure to wrap it in cloth(Clean Toilet paper) works too. Tie cloth on with rubber band
 
huh yea i tried that but i wrapped it up with a microfiber towel and all i could hear was breathing so i then moved it to inside the cheek pad where the helmet strap attaches to the liner and now its not bad but far from great

funny thing is i have that headset you are talking about but the mic on mine broke lol
 
Ah bummer, ya could just be mic quality. I tried putting mine behind the cheek pad also, but it picked up the music I was listening to too much. If you have room push the mic down by chin, if to much wind noise there, you could move it up but that might get annoying for you if it touches the face.
 
also what are you recording at with your gopro? 1080 30? and what are you using for rendering? are you just going straight video to youtube?
 
Welcome :) ! Now, tell me, how many accidents have been in :p o_O ??? Heh, talk about gambling on a bike :p ... if you say you were in zero accidents, then my hat's off to you :D ! How many years of riding, too :) ??? As for editing software, I've always been a Mac guy, but it looks like Movie Maker is is holding it's own :p ;) heh.....

Got yourself a new subscriber ^_^ ... but still no chance I will get $5,000 from the Powerball, right :( ??? Ah, no big deal, I didn't win myself either ~_~ .....

Ronin I did high side once, after a 170 mile charity ride. I was tired and just after turning a corner (in town 35 mph) I looked back to see If another rider had missed the turn. When I looked back forward it was to late I was side swiping a curb. Brake pedal caught and me and the bike did a barrel role.
Been riding a total of about 25 years. Just getting back to it though after many years off (wife and kids).
You got a new sub too Ronin.
 
If I ever win a power my subscribers are getting some of it. I will always make a vlog when I play. I'm never that lucky though.
Dan, Lurch you guys able to link you vlogs for me?
 
I know how it is with the wife and kids, too ~_~ ... once we have our second, I'm not sure I'll be able to get back on my bike again for a long time :( ~.....
