Hey peeps!


Well my names Jay, im 17 and just got my first 125cc, came from a 50cc moped (no im not a crazed hooligan)

Im currently driving a 2012 Yamaha YZF-R125 Competition White, i decided to go all out and get a 2012 as i will be keeping it a long time before i move up in the food chain of cc's ;)

Hopefully i might start Motovlogging soon (if i can afford it) College bills and being a Drummer for a living is not cheap!

Hope to have fun on here and might try make a few meet ups if they are in or around London and Surrey.

Well i do anything really, whatever makes money but my favourite is Drum & Bass or R&B, went through my Rock and Metal stage and wanted something a bit more funky ;)
 
i used to have a yzf-r125 in white and it really is a nice/ great looking bike but im just wondering what helmet you have

it would be nice if they did the yzf in a 250 as well but they don't :( and i will be looking fordwards to your vlogs in the future :)

Would be good, i actually got in a discussion with the guy at the dealership, both thought Yamaha could make so much from doing a 250cc with the same body work, i would love to move onto a 250cc staying with the R Series before i hit a 600cc, feel i would have more respect for the bike if i work my way up, haha hopefully it will be soon :D
 
have you had anyone asking you if your bike is a 600cc yet because when i had mine i was asked everyday even from people on r1's and fireblades.

YES! i was in Guildford, Surrey and a Motorcycle officer pulled me over a week into having it saying i looked to young to be riding a R6 after we sat next to each other at the lights :P was best feeling ever!

YES! i was in Guildford, Surrey and a Motorcycle officer pulled me over a week into having it saying i looked to young to be riding a R6 after we sat next to each other at the lights :P was best feeling ever!

the same happened to me 2 months after i had mine the officer pulled me over and i thought i did somthing wrong but this guy was an ex biker and we were talking for a good 20mins and i was so happy and as you said it was the best feeling ever.

Haha there just bikers like us at the end of the day, adore there machines and just want to have fun aswell, i got on well with him and we ended up chatting, was good fun, although was a bit late for college :P
 
Ah! A fellow R125 rider! Welcome to the Forum! I haven't been here long myself :) Love the R in White, especially liking the new 2012 colours. Where abouts in Surrey are you? I'm not to far from guildford myself.
