Heya all, in a years time I'm aiming to go to the University of Falmouth down in Cornwall in South West England to read Graphics Design.
I'm currently constructing a portfolio of various graphics I've made but am currently without much to do. I have made hundreds of pieces of graphics over the past 2-3 years but have not actually kept hold of any of them, instead sending over the file to clients or people who have requested them and then deleting them to save harddrive space.

FREE REQUESTS ARE CURRENTLY -CLOSED-
Okay folks, here's the chase. Due to largely unforeseen circumstances, (total of 10 request in 3 days, honestly didn't think anyone would request anything at all!) I am closing requests for -FREE- graphics.
Commissioned work is still open and I will finish all of the free graphics that have been requested thus far but I'm starting to pour a lot of work into these and it's hugely time consuming!
This does not mean no free graphics at all, it just means for a couple of weeks.
This does not mean I'm being a money grabbing bastard because I think my work is so brilliant it deserves money, I'm just simply very short on cash, what with being a student and all. My computer is on its last legs and the south bridge overheats unless I have a powerful external fan blowing on it constantly.
So in short, free graphics requests are -CLOSED- but paid for commissions are still open!
ALL current requests will be fulfilled ONLY if you've given me a reply to my inbox. If not, you missed the boat I'm afraid.
In order to give you an estimate for a graphic would really ultimately depend on the project, but I'd say as a kind've 'go-to' for a simple 1280x720 logo I'm going to have to make it £5 and upwards depending on the complexity of it. Bear in mind that I spend an approximate 3 hours on each piece and national minimum wage for a person of my age is £4.06 an hour, this ain't half bad!
Now if I were to spend say 5 hours on a logo or something I'd probably ask for a little bit more, I mean fairs fair and all, 3 hours is about the average time I spend on a logo so the extra 2 hours is well worth the extra dosh. I mean if I then start charging set rates for this all it means you as the client get to be more picky, you could tell me to go away and do the whole thing again that I'd spent 3 hours on, but I would then only charge you the same base rate for the first product, as you wanted something changed.
So yeah £5 as a basis for work on a simple 1280x720 logo taking up to 3 hours. PLEASE bear in mind that the national minimum wage for a person of my age is £4 an HOUR. I spend about 2-3 hours on these designs so anywhere between £5 for a Logo is NOT overpriced! Other pieces such as channel layouts may vary in price as it's not something I've ventured into yet.
I also do decals for bikes, if you give me what bike you have, the fairing panel you want it on I can design it all for you, all you have to do is get it printed! Prices are negotiable for this upon request and then finalized on delivery.

One made for my friend with ink splat brushes
One made for my friend's youtube channel, this one took a whole new direction from being an amateur signature to being something so much more, it took around 4 hours from start to finish and is the first piece of serious graphics design I've actually completed. And boy was it rewarding.
So yeah in conclusion I'm more than willing to do commission or requested work, free of charge. However do bear in mind all of this will be going to my University portfolio!
