Could someone tell me how to add a signature to the bottom of my posts? For the life of me I can't figure it out ... Yes I was dropped on my head as a child several times

Click on your name on the top right, then click on signature.

I tried IE, chrome and safari, no signature option pops up. When I click my picture a pop up window comes up.
