Hi everyone! My name is Steve (dullsidedown) and I'm from Phoenix, Arizona. I've been riding motorcycles since 2011 and enjoy every second of it. I am an Internet marketer by day but I also enjoy motorcycles (duh), mountain biking, flying sailplanes, mini motard racing, and any sort of spontaneous adventure I can get myself into. My ultimate life goal is to be exhausted and satisfied as I lay on my death bead with a smile on my face. I have a wonderful wife and three kids who mean the world to me. I also have a dog named Kevin.
I currently ride a 2003 Honda CBR600 F4i in stormtrooper white that I resurrected from the dead after buying it for next to nothing from an ex stunter. It has over 70,000 miles on it and shows no signs of slowing down. I have always been partial to sport bikes but adventure bikes, supermotos and naked bikes have been catching my eye lately. Who knows... maybe by this time next year I'll be on an FZ-09, a DRZ400-SM or a Multistrada.
When I first started toying with the idea of learning how to ride a motorcycle, I ended up spending hours and hours watching motovloggers such as M13 and Jake TheGardenSnake and was captivated. While the concept of motovlogging sounds so basic, the end result is anything but. This is why I started and hopefully one day, I can be half as entertaining as these guys.
My current set up is a GoPro Hero 4 Silver Edition mounted to the chin of a Shoei RF-1200. I'm using a $20 condenser mic that I picked up from Amazon to capture the audio. I am currently using GoPro Studio to edit my videos, but am planning to teach myself how to use Lightworks at some point in the near future.
