Thats just normal mate!, takes a little time to get used to hearing your voice without the extra resonance you get from your own skull when speaking.....
Lol , you want to get a real shock?, put some ear buds in from mp3 player and record yourself singing along to the music! ... Thats a shock!
... I get different voice days too, depending on mood , topic etc... some days i sound aussie/nasal as hell and others i seem to have my (still aussie but) office/phone/business voice going on?!
Just dont try to regularly put on a 'fake' voice... unless you have years of live media exp ... they too hard to do consistently.... an occasional change is ok if you want to do a character voice or something... ie "duh my car just change ed lanes again!? Which way did he go? Which way did he go?"

ohh right yeh following now, but no i usually just get tongue tied and instead of erm or uhm its fuck this and fucking that, done 2 and i feel a right wally about both of them

Yeah the language is tough to control when it's habitual/circumstantial ... When I come back from a interstate truck trip ... The missus gets stuck into me about language ... We both swear sometimes/a bit .. But after a couple days on the CB or with workmates ... It's f bombs and all sorts everywhere !! ...
Good substitute phrases are handy though.... And give the subs a taste of you/culture kinda thing ... And let's them know you are making an effort to be 'polite'
Eg ... Not- F..K ME!!! ... Instead - Fire truck it!!
.... Not - Are You F......G Blind you s..tfaced wanker?, go F..k yourself!! .... Instead - Get a white stick and a dog you tosser! .. Fornicate and go forth! ....
There are a few websites where you can download free sounds though.... Bleeps and honks etc ... To mask your potty mouthing!
.... I usually try and edit the angry situ swearing out though ...
Some just leave it all in there and let it rip but!

yeh its usually when ive finished work with a bunch of lads that swear all day like its nothingand it just sort of crosses over but cheers for the advice buddy ill try to take it into my stride on the next one if and when i get my bike back

Yeh i have a courtesy bike to get to work still, and im just sorting estimates out for the other things she damaged like my Hjc rpha-10 helmet and my Rst gloves
