The wife , the kids , and myself are all major gear heads. My name is Ricky known as "krazyoleman" , the wife is Lori "whatshername" and we have always had a passion for anything automotive having many bikes and cars/trucks. Always just shared through FB but I couldn't take it any longer so I closed my account but still wanted to share our passion for fuel and just recently started doing the motovlog on the YouTube. Account is thenapperfamily there. We are from a small town near Lake tenkiller in Oklahoma and we are dead nuts in the middle between Muskogee Oklahoma and Fort Smith Arkansas. We are just looking now to find more places and people and maybe some meets to get out to here locally as well as meet like minded folks from wherever it may be. If I missed something please ask. For now we are both riding Twinkie 2003 Buell Firebolt XB9R bikes.

Yes I love stuff being different and you don't see many of them around. All the awesome features that he out into these bikes make them even better to have and enjoy. The brake disc is one, the fuel in the frame , and oil in the swingarm , and the super short wheel base that make these things handle like crazy. Also peoples faces when they hear a plopping V twin while seeing a sport bike.

Yea that's why I finally gave in and joined even tho ,on the map now, there are not people near me .I trolled the site while researching things so many times I know there are others out there doin the same.

Yea I will be experimenting with doing custom pipes I'm sure. For what aftermarket cost and the best sounding one being a modded stock muffler I can do at home I'd rather just try to see if I can get the tuning right and make my own. I like center low mounted idea but the can itself and the sound are definitely lacking .

THANKS 2WV. The engine on her bike has been painted and yes it stands it out from the rest. Makes my twin ugly! We actually have two of the same. Yes she had the pipes wrapped because they are super super warm on the right leg. This winter I'm try doing a couple of my own custom pipes and get them thermal coated after I find one that tunes the best.
