Rep/Thanks

Forgive if it's already been brought up, but it'd be nice to be able to "Thank" users for useful/interesting posts. Along with that could come "rep" I suppose, but then that can lead to e-peen measuring.

Anyhow - just my .02. Dig the site. Thanks for organizing. Etc. etc. etc. :mrgreen:

Good idea. Now that I think of it, I think all the forums I'm part of have that feature.

We did have it for a little while on the previous forum, was never put back in on the new one

I've thought several times that we should be able to like/thanks/whatever specific posts. The rep idea is stupid imo, and I don't think it should be linked to each account, but rather the individual post.

Even just the "Thank" function. Otherwise I've got to "quote" and say "thanks" - God forbid, haha.

Nah, but there are posts where I think, "Damn, thanks. That was great." But actually quoting would disrupt the flow of the thread.

Bring it back, mods!
