Odd link in Home menu on top bar

Is this link to Ipswitch SEO (www.seomers.com) supposed to be there in the drop-down menu on the Home button?
Doesn't appear to be relevant, wondered if this is some sneaky hack by someone to a get backlink from this site and earn some SEO link juice?
