thanx guys my main issue at them moment is audio as i only have the gopro but not the adapter and where i live i have not found any places that sell it. i have tryed my Iphone and the headphone/mic but it is way too sensitive and is very distorted so looking at other options possibly going to go with and external recorder

Welcome to the club. I used Zoom H1 with external mic rode lavalier which works very good
